Just to let you know that I got this error again after this weekend's Screenwatch installation on a Win XP SP2 machine. Have you made that change of installing the mfc71.dll, mfc71u.dll, and msvcr71.dll files in the c:\windows\system32 folder? I copied them manually and it worked fine.

Hi Dave,

This must have sneeked into our release again. This should only be the case for where you have installed ScreenWatch and not one that is for the viewers of the presentations.

We are about ready to make an update for Spanish and Blackboard updates, and will include the correct version of the plugins in that image. You may want to update your version at this time as it may affect creating CDrom content for your customers. We expect it out in about a week.

If you have a delivery that is more pressing, we can help you offline to get the non mfc7.1 player dll's...
