I have installed Real Player 10.0 and Real One Player to watch online lectures for school, but neither will play the file. I get the message "Some needed components were not available. (sc)" Does ScreenWatch support Mac OS X with Intel?
I'd appreciate any and all help.

Hi,

At this time we do not support Intel based Macs. However, I do believe you have another option.

You can install Apple's "windows" os and install the windows version of the realplayer, and then install the windows version of the plugin.

I believe then you can play the lectures.

We are working on a platform independent solution, but it is not ready yet.
