I attempted to run the trial version of ScreenWatch 6.0 after downloading the three parts included on the trial download site, but when I tried to give it an extract-to path, I would get a message window titled "TurboSFX error" that said, "Missing cabinet file(s)." I downloaded the cabinet files, however, so I'm not sure what's wrong.

Hi Kate,
Thank you for your post.

You might take a look at each file size you downloaded to make sure they are all there. One is about 25mb, one about 17mb and the exe is smaller.

Also, we have recorded a tutorial on the download and install process. I think it is only a few minutes long. Please watch:

http://www.screenwatch.com/stut/downloadandinstall.htm

My guess is that one of the cab files has been corrupted during the download process.

If you continue to have problems, please send email to support@optx.com and someone will be happy to contact you.

Thanks,
OPTX Support
