Hi,
You should check the following: 1. We don't support the intel based mac (yet), but will. It is important to note that the installer assumes that you have installed your RealPlayer 10 in one of two areas: 1. In the Applications Folder. 2. Somewhere in or below your desktop. It may be necessary to reboot your system before ScreenWatch content will play correctly. And of course, make sure you have RealPlayer 10 or above installed. I have noticed that some folks don't have the realplayer plugin (not the screenwatch plugin), installed on their browser. So you may want to make sure your browser can play embedded realplayer content. Try those things and let me know what you find, Thanks, Brian |

Any idea when you'll have a universal binary out? |

I have a .asf file but there's just only the sound when I played it. And I can find screenwatch plug-in files in RealPlayer.app. Where's the problem? Thanks!!
p.s. iBook G4/Mac OSX 10.4.10 |

Hi Yen,
Only the RealPlayer environment is supported for Playing ScreenWatch Content on the Mac (.rm, .sc, .smi). Microsoft does not support any extensions for the windows media player on any platform but Windows.... Thus, an asf file built with ScreenWatch will not play on the Mac. Thanks, OPTX Support |
