Hello all:
Looking for some advice, I installed screenwatch on a laptop we use here, and got a report that it was no longer an option to set the encoder to encode into real. Upon inspection, this was verified. I installed realproducer 10, and still it wasn't an option. I then went back and tried to re-install the software on the laptop, and it's not an option when I goto install. Is there something I am missing?

Thanks in advance..

Hi Randy,

You no longer need to install the RealProducer as we have included only the necessary DLL's etc. inside the ScreenWatch install. If you install RealProducer plus though, ScreenWatch should detect this and use your advanced features if requested.

You can verify that SW installed the RealProducer dlls by looking in a folder called rpbin where you installed ScreenWatch.

Hope that helps,
