We create training videos for a software company and are making them for Windows Media Player. I have version 11 and now I m receiving null errors when trying to play them. Is there another plugin that we need to install?

You should uninstall (via add/remove programs) the Windows Media ScreenWatch plugin. Then download the latest plugins from our website.

I believe that problem has been fixed.
