Hi Chuck,
ScreenWatch records it's audio in a separate file than the screen recording. Depending on what format you are using, it either creates an asf audio file, or an rm audio file. I believe that if you use the Windows Media format, you can import that asf file into Adobe Premiere, or (I forgot their audio editor's name) the Adobe audio editing program. I am not too sure about real. What I would suggest is to set your audio quality to a high quality profile for windows media and then you should have good samples to work with.
