I have yesterday downloaded the Screenwatch software. Upon installation, it seems as if the cab files never get extracted to the newly created default folder.
I have just the previous day upgraded my Media Player to Windows' lastest version 10 software.
May this cause the installation problem ?

Hi,
Thank you for your post. The Windows Media player 10 should be fine. We just require that there be a version 9 or above. The installation program should just not install windows media if it detects that you already have it.

Once the CAB files are downloaded, you can run the .exe file that was also downloaded and it will extract your files to c:/swproducer60. Then it will launch the installer in the swrec folder and install ScreenWatch.

If you have problems extracting, or have cancelled it, or have previously installed ScreenWatch, you may want to delete the c:/swproducer60 before running the installer again. Sometimes our extracting program doesn't like it if the files are already there.

Thanks,
OPTX Support
