With SW 6, I create an important recording (voice and screen). It appears to be recording after starting, then stopping, and got the "Successful" message. But the "Play" button does nothing. What likely has happened?

If re-installing the software since this "might" be the quickest way rather than debug, do I need to uninstall first and if so, is the license key sent to me by Brian for my computer still good to use? Just use the standard download online? Of course, if there is a known likely problem to correct over re-installing, would like to know that too.

Hi Bob,

I think because Cadence sets their tmp folder to a non windows default, it is giving SW a problem.
