Hello,

I have an urgent question involving screenwatch windows media export.

I created a recording using screenwatch.

The problem is I want to stream that generated content from our own windows media
streaming server.
But I can't use the internal screenwatch ftp system because of company-specific
security settings.
So I want to export the files on a local disk and than transport it via our own
channels.

My question is can you please send me a screenwatchdemo where I can see how I have
to export it (using my files in the zip)?
Because whatever I try it seems like screenwatch is not doing what I want it to do.

So I want on my harddisk the files that I can put right away on our streaming server.
The windows media may be imbedded in a webpage and may be available for the 3
bandwidths.

Can you also tell me where I have to put what on our streaming server please?

Thank you in advance!

PS: our screenwatch version is 5.6.0 06-14-2004

Is there already a newer version available?

If there should be any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards,

Steve Segers

Hello Steve,

There are settings in the site manager (which describe your ftp settings), to let you publish directly to a file location.

I would make a disk site (Or we call it local file system copy) for both your web site and your windows media site. Then you can just copy the resulting files using the method you want to.

I hope that helps,
