Hi, I'm new to this program and I need some help: in Audio Settings and in Video Settings I have nothing to choose from. But when I test the Camera and Microphone, everything works fine (I have a Logitech Quick Cam Fusion). But in the Audio Settings (on the Computer) it tells me Realtek HD Audio and Logitech Microphone as well. What can I do?

In the meantime, I have the program installed on another computer. There, everything is fine. The problem is: I do not see a place to look for that problem.

Usually, the reason that you can't see any audio/video devices in SW producer is because of either firewall settings or security software. Particularly Mcafee seems to stop our programs from communicating with each other.

You may want to try and disable your firewalls and some of your security to see if that works. If it doesn't feel free to email support@optx.com and someone can help you further. But from what I have seen, it is your security software.
