I am trying to install the evaluation version of ScreenWatch Producer. I have had lots of problems, and have uninstalled and re-installed several times. Now I think that I got everything installed correctly, but when I try to run the program it says that the license key is corrupted or missing. Any suggestions??

It does sound as if you had a hard time installing. We have 2 options for you.

1. Contact support with your email and we can give you a new license key file as well as reset it with you.

2. We will publish ScreenWatch 6.0 this evening and you can just wait an try that out instead of version 5.6. Please email support@optx.com for this url and instructions also.
