Hello OPTX Team,

Following a long time where I haven't needed to use our Screenwatch 5.5 I came to use it but it brought up an error in wserv.exe along with various others. The tall and short of it was it didn't work and it'd been that long since last using it I decided to remove it all and start again.

Suffice to say it hasn't gone well so I wondered if you can provide me with a link to the most recent installation files our license allows and some instructions in how to clean old installations up and apply this pack.

Please email directly to support@optx.com and we'll send you the download link.

Please also be aware that we are not supporting ScreenWatch version 5.X. It may work with Windows XP, but was written for XP before all of the service packs for XP had been released.

ScreenWatch 6.0 will work fine on XP and soon on Vista. If you are interested in upgrading, please let us know as we can give you an upgrade price.
